The panel will focus on discussing the value chain for hydrogen storage and transfer technologies and solutions. Various storage methods will be presented, including modern hydrogen tanks, hydrogen liquefaction and storage in solids and carrier materials. The discussion will also include hydrogen transportation technologies, such as hydrogen pipelines designed to transport 100% hydrogen or mixtures of hydrogen, hydrogen transportation by land and sea, as well as other alternative transportation methods. In addition, issues related to the standardization and normalization of hydrogen storage and transportation technologies, which are key to ensuring interoperability, safety and the development of the global hydrogen infrastructure, will be addressed.
