Jacek Bogusławski
Graduate of MBA - Energy and Climate Policy Management and Executive MBA diploma accredited by Apsley Business School - London. Master's degree completed at the University of Szczecin majoring in economics.
Since November 2018, he has been a member of the Board of the Wielkopolska Region (second term), responsible for economy, environment, sports and tourism in the Region. Since 2019, he has served as Chairman of the Wielkopolska Hydrogen Platform, which is a platform for exchanging experience and initiating activities to build the economic potential of Wielkopolska to become a leader in the area of economy related to the use of hydrogen technologies.
He is one of the initiators of the signing of the Declaration on the establishment of the Wielkopolska Hydrogen Valley, enabling the creation of a coordinated and integrated ecosystem of links supporting the development of technology, knowledge, business and education, contributing to the decarbonization of the economy for climate neutrality, respecting the social challenges of the transition. He is responsible for liaison with the Wielkopolska Council of Thirty (WR30), i.e. representatives of WW's self-governing organizations, science, business and local governments.
Since September 2020, he has been a member of the Wielkopolska Regional Council of the Future Industry.
Since August 2022, he has been a member of the Economic Area Development Council operating at the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone.

After studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Coimbra and Marketing & Communication in the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, Manuel Fonseca developed his activity in the gas downstream sector in Portugal and Europe, focused in LNG small scale, biogas and hydrogen, looking for solutions in partnership with clients.
Manuel believes that the fight against Climate Change takes place in national and international political decision-making bodies and in companies, but also in the daily lives of all citizens. Anyone can, and should, be an agent of change at home, on the street or at work, with small gestures that, multiplied by millions and millions of people, become a veritable wave of energy with a positive impact.

She has also conducted a number of information & educational activities in the field of the development of renewable energy sources, distributed energy sources, including clusters and energy cooperatives, as well as developing recommendations for Clean Transport Zones. She has been involved in energy issues for 15 years, in the years 2010-2019 related to professional energy in one of the leading energy companies in the country.

He specializes in UPS systems and power quality monitoring systems. Graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology where he earned a master's degree in electrical engineering. He manifests his passion for technology and technical solutions in his daily work by engaging in demanding projects where advanced knowledge is required. In addition to projects, Maciej is involved in training courses for beginners as well as advanced and experienced engineers.
Apart from work, he is a fan of the outdoors, starting with bicycle expeditions and ending with high-mountain hiking.

His professional career started at the MEERI of Polish Academy of Sciences, taking part in numerous R&D projects in field of conventional and renewable energy and consequently obtaining a PhD in technical sciences. In 2017, he started working in industry, carrying out implementation projects, development and innovation activities, including supervising the work of the hydrogen technology team responsible for investment development. He worked as project manager for a hydrogen energy storage investment. Currently, as co-owner and board member of MEITILL Solutions, he develops activities in the field of consulting, investment support, R&D activities in industry, distributed energy, including in particular hydrogen solutions.

Graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics of the Warsaw University of Technology. He obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a specialisation in Energy. Speaker at many international conferences. For several years, he has been dealing with technological, regulatory and safety aspects of hydrogen technologies and various forms of energy storage.
Author of numerous articles for professional journals and portals. Author of didactic and training programmes. He has supervised and implemented many projects. Selected examples of projects in the field of energy and hydrogen:
- Technical guidelines for the transmission of hydrogen by high-pressure pipelines on behalf of the transmission operator.
- Feasibility study for the production of Type III and IV hydrogen vessels on behalf of the manufacturer.
- Feasibility study for a European fuel company for 13 hydrogen refuelling stations, each different, each in a different location, including three with the ability to refuel rail vehicles. Feasibility study for a major airport for the construction of a macro system including renewable energy production (50MW), energy storage (30MWh), hydrogen production and storage, and distribution for wholesale (hydrogen hub) and retail (HRS).

Iwona assists clients in finding the optimal financing sources for investments across various industries, including environmental protection, energy, and heating sectors. She guides clients through the complex procedures of obtaining funding, from the application process to settlement of the funds and finally, the transfer of funds to the client's account.
She works with entrepreneurs applying for both EU and national support in the form of grants and preferential loans. Additionally, she supervises clients' projects to ensure the proper settlement of the obtained funding.

Back home, she then worked as an EU project manager for research and innovation in the pan-European Enterprise Europe Network Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein, first at the project management organisation Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein and later at the Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank (IFB).

He specialises in the field of industry decarbonisation and the impact of renewable energy on climate change, which he often speaks about at workshops and conferences.
