In 2024 ENOWA (a subsidiary of NEOM) celebrated a unique milestone in motorsport at the recent Hydro X Prix in Scotland, producing 80% per cent of the race site power with hydrogen fuel cells. Using 700kg of green hydrogen supplied by ENOWA, race site was able to use the 11 Megawatt-hours (MWh) produced to support car charging, catering, and event control power. Launching later in 2025, the FIA Extreme H World Cup represents a bold, pioneering step forward in the transition to clean energy, showcasing cutting-edge hydrogen technology in a competitive racing environment. For this race, Extreme H will need 25 MW of energy and 1,000 kg of green hydrogen. H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco Drives Pioneer 25 to Open Monaco Hydrogen Forum. This will be a CIVILIZATIONAL CHANGE THANKS TO UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY.
