Green hydrogen is one of the most important solutions in the energy transition, aiming to decarbonize industry, transportation and the energy sector. Offshore technologies, especially offshore wind farms, which provide the clean energy necessary for the electrolysis of water, can play a special role in the production of green hydrogen. The panel, “Hydrogen Meets Offshore: Pioneering the Green Energy Transition,” aims to discuss the synergies between the offshore sector and the hydrogen economy, particularly the production of green hydrogen from offshore renewable energy. During the session, experts and industry representatives will share insights on the challenges, innovations and opportunities for developing this promising technology.

 

Purpose of the panel
